Robbie William’s flatmate Jonathan Wilkes is set to host ITV1’s You’ve Been Framed after Lisa Riley quit the show.

Jonathan who shares Robbbie’s Notting Hill home turned to TV presenting after his pop career flopped. He recently had a guest slot on SM:TV, he will front the 15th series later this year.

Jonathan Wilkes born 1 August 1978 he has one sister and was born and raised in his home town of Stoke-On-Trent. He attended Holden Lane school where his favourite subject was sports.

He excelled at football and his career could have taken a completely different path, he was playing football for Everton’s youth team. Because of that he channelled all his energies in to playing football as he hoped to go professional which in turn made his studies suffer.

At the age of 15 his dreams were shattered when Everton turned to Jonathan and told him he was not good enough to be a pro footballer. After college his father pushed him into a singing career and introduced him to people who in turn gave him a chance up on stage in Blackpool performing.

It was there he was discovered by a talent scout,and moved to London to pursue his dreams. Living in Notting Hill he is a flatmate of one of our most famous resident Robbie Williams who was his childhood friend from those good old days in Stoke-On-Trent. Can you imagine their house parties!!!
